UUP IDA Applications
July 2, 2024 - July 1, 2025

The IDA program provides individual awards of as much as $2,000 to assist the professional development of the University’s full-time and part-time teaching, library and professional faculty.

Applicants can apply for up to two activities and must submit one application for each activity. The deadline for submitting all applications is Friday, January 17, 2025.

Requests may be submitted for reimbursement for activities conducted from July 2, 2024 to July 1, 2025.

Note: this year we have streamlined the application process. You must use the Albany internal application form that is linked on this page, not the one that is contained within the eligibility guidelines.
